PURPOSE: A method for managing and evaluating a technique ability of a worker of a construction company on the Internet is provided to manage a technique ability of a worker of the construction industry in detail by separating and registering the worker's career information. CONSTITUTION: A worker of a construction industry connects to a detail construction industry worker career managing evaluation web site(S100). The worker performs a log-in process(S110). It is identified whether the worker is a member or not(S120). If worker is not a member, a web information DB extracts the worker's personal information and transmits the information to a worker terminal(S130). The worker inputs the corresponding contents and outputs the contents to a manager server(S140). The worker's contents are latched and detail career information is extracted and the information is transmitted to a worker terminal(S150). It is detected whether the worker participated in a construction related project(S160). If worker participated in a construction related project, the detail career information is transmitted to the manager server(S170). The information is stored in member DB information DB(S180). If worker is a member, it is detected whether one's input information is modified(S190). If one's input information is modified, the modified information is transmitted to the manager server(S200). The modified information is stored in the member information DB(S210).
