PURPOSE: An Internet intermediation business method for manufacturing, keeping and managing traditional foods is provided to achieve the optimal maturation by manufacturing food using the materials and method a user selects by making a farmhouse, not polluted, keep it, and putting an additional person to manage it. CONSTITUTION: A business operator operates a DB server(19) using a manager information DB(11), a material information DB(12), a helper DB(13), a management state DB(14), a delivery order DB(15), a cost settlement DB(16), a sales result DB(17), and a user information DB(18). The manager information DB(11) stores a manager's carrier in manufacturing and managing traditional foods as well as his personal information. The user information DB(18) stores a user's various information necessary for transactions, such as his personal information, contact point, and requirements. The user purchases materials, necessary to manufacture desired food, through the material information DB(12). The management state DB(14) supplies information for management states. The delivery order DB(15).
