PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing non-impregnated transformer is provided to achieve an in-advance prevention against vibration noise and rust, while reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of spraying rust preventive liquid and forming a rust preventive layer(3) onto surfaces of an E-type core(1) and an I-type core(2) which are manufactured by pressing a steel plate; the second step of stacking E-type and I-type cores into a layer having a height corresponding to the hole width of a bobbin(4) into which cores are to be inserted, and forming one or more embossed portions(6) through a press caulking process; the third step of inserting the E-type core into the hole of the bobbin having a coil(5) wounded onto the bobbin, and injecting a double-fluid bond(7) onto an intermediate support piece of the E-type core; the fourth step of putting the I-type core onto the opening of the E-type core, and attaching the intermediate portion of the I-type core to the upper surface of the intermediate support piece of the E-type core through the double-fluid bond; and the fifth step of welding the upper surface of the E-type core and the bottom surface of the I-type core.
