PURPOSE: A system and method for integrally managing reserve points is provided to use/manage points such as a credit card using a virtual card by unifying points provided from various companies to the virtual card issued to a user and linking to a credit mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A Z-card server provides a homepage through the Internet, and a user having a user computer joins to a membership for receiving a Z-card(200). The Z-card server issues a Z-card to the member(201). The member knows well the number of the Z-card and buys a commodity by visiting to a shopping mall or a member store(202). The member pays a cost for the bought commodity by inputting the number of the Z-card(203). The member connects to homepage of various companies for collecting points and delivers the collected points to the Z-card(204). The shopping mall and the member store connect to the Z-card server, and pay the cost(205).
