PURPOSE: Provided is a bar for spine exercise to promote normal muscle growth, balanced body growth and smooth blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: The bar for spine exercise is a rod(2) having a hemi-elliptic part(1) in a middle part. Handling parts(3) are formed on both ends of the main rod(2). Weight pieces(6) of weight parts(4) are attached/detached to/from the handling parts(3) by fixing bolts(7). Pressurizing projections(5) are formed on the handling parts(3). The main rod(2) is made of a metal or synthetic resins. The handling parts(3) are covered with synthetic or natural rubber. The weight pieces(6) are made of a metal or a synthetic material to have a predetermined weight.
