PURPOSE: Provided is a fountain having an overflow part capable of adjusting water level automatically by operating a top and a bottom water tanks together, which can produce diverse magic effects of spouting water with reduced power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The fountain comprises a top water tank(100) composed of colorful model full of reality and movement, a lighting device for lighting up the model with automatically adjusted color of light, a fountain created for making forms of spouted water different according to the water level and a spray nozzle, a pre-fixed overflow part(200) installed at one side of the top and a bottom water tanks and composed of multiple solenoid valve controlled to be on and off for adjusting the water level by stages or variably, a drain piping connecting the water tanks and a valve, a bottom water tank(300) storing the water collected through the overflow part and the drain pipe for a moment and having a function of tank resupplying water to the fountain and supplementing new water from a water supply device and a machinery room(400) including a motor pump for pumping the water in the bottom tank to the fountain in the top tank and a control part for controlling the multiple solenoid valve and the lighting device in advance according to a preset program.
