PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous hydrostatic bearing with a small number of bearing parts and capable of assembling easily. SOLUTION: In this bearing, bearing members 55, 56 are installed in a housing 50. The bearing members are comprised of porous sleeve members with flanges, and unified a radial bearing member having a bearing face 53 in radial direction and rotatably retaining an outer surface of a revolving shaft 52 having a flange 51 projecting to diameter direction, with a thrust bearing member having a bearing face 54 in thrust direction opposing to the thrust of the flange.
