PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap structure of a caster receiving metal fitting in an extensible/contractible gate door capable of easily covering and hiding the receiving metal fitting of casters. SOLUTION: In this extensible/contractible gate door 1 where a an opening part between a suspension side column 2 and a door stop column 3 is opened and closed by a freely extensible/contractible gate door, the gate door 1 is constituted by being connected by plural links 7 by pantographically assembling stiles respectively formed in a frame body shape and plural vertical sash bars 6, and is expandably and contractibly moved by the casters 12, a receiving metal fitting 16 having a fixing part 16a fixed to a side surface by screw fastening, an overhang part 16b overhanging to the side from the fixing part 16a and a cylindrical female screw part 16c arranged on the tip of the overhang part 16b, is installed in a side surface lower part of the stiles or the sash bars. A shaft 15 of the casters 12 is thread-mounted on the female screw part 16c. A synthetic resin cap 18 is put on the receiving metal fitting 16 from above. A projection 23 pressed in the female screw part 16c is formed in an inside upper part of this cap 18.
