PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that current carrying time of a washing water heater is increased and a temperature of a control element rises continuously and exceeds a junction temperature, causing the destruction of the element, in the conventional control of a heat exchanger of a sanitary washing device for current carrying at a lower water temperature than the set temperature of washing water and stopping at the water temperature over the set temperature, to cause low temperature water to enter into the exchanger in succession when the continuous use in which many people use the heat sanitary washing device by turns in an office. SOLUTION: When current is carried in the washing water heater for more than a predetermined period of time, the control temperature of washing water is reduced and current carrying for the heater is limited so that the junction temperature of the heater control element does not exceed a predetermined temperature by estimating temperature rise without relying on a temperature measuring means to protect the heater control element and prevent temperature rise in a case of equipment.
