PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency cutoff tool quickly extinguishing a fire occurring during gas works and suppressing the disaster to minimum. SOLUTION: A gas bag composed of a fire-resistant cloth in inserted in a gas pipe to be performed welding and fusion cutting, the gas bag is instantly filled and inflated with air from a portable high-pressure gas cylinder connected to the rear end of the pipe in a place distant from the gas works so that the gas pipe inside can be closed and cut off the gas or reduce the gas flow rate, thereby extinguishing the fire. |
