PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damaging or cutting-off of a tooth surface accompanying the forcible external rotation of a worm wheel, with respect to a disk device provided with a rotation transmission mechanism part composed of a worm gear and a worm wheel part to be engaged with the worm gear. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a worm gear rotary shaft 16 freely rotatably inserted through between the bearing holders 15a and 15b of a worm gear, springs 19a and 19b provided on both sides of either one of the holders, and spring stoppers 20a and 20b for respective springs. One end of the holder side of the spring is fixed to the holder, and the other end is fixed to the spring stopper.
