PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk access device which is capable of stably executing the pull in of a tracking servo control even in an information signal of a low frequency of an information recording disk. SOLUTION: The low frequency gain of a phase compensation means (65) of a tracking servo control loop is raised in order to improve the follow-up accuracy of the tracking servo control by accompanying high-speed rotation of a recording disk. At this time, a tracking error signal (TE) is prevented from passing a low-frequency compensation section (61) by a switch (60) and a bypass signal route (65) in tracking servo control pull in. As a result, a large gain is not imparted to the tracking error signal and the delay of the phase is eliminated and therefore the drastic deviation of the phase relation between the output of the phase compensation means (65) and the envelope detection signal of the signal (RF) outputted from a photo-electric conversion circuit from a desirable state may be prohibited and the stable formation of a brake signal (BSIG) is made possible.
