PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution by unnecessitating an ID tag transmission and reception part, a storage part and a registering/erasing input part in a going out setting system for a safety confirming device. SOLUTION: A going out setting device main body 4 is fitted to the side of a lock 9, and a buzzer stop signal transmitter 6 is fitted to the side of a key 7. When the main body 4 detects the insertion of the key 7, it sounds a buzzer to alarm. When the main body 4 receives a buzzer stop signal S from the transmitter 6, it stops sounding of the buzzer and transmits a going out setting signal G to the safety confirming device 5 to set going out.
