PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for an operation and to exactly perform deduction or refund by preventing an operator from inputting erroneous contents to an input item on a deduction/refund screen by erroneously recognizing the contents of a ticket to be deduced or to be refunded. SOLUTION: A ticket issuing terminal 1 is provided in which, in the case of transaction cancel, a transaction cancel screen provided with a field for inputting a ticket number is displayed on a display 15 and when the ticket number is inputted to that field, transaction contents corresponding to that ticket number are read out of a hard disk device 12. Then, the read transaction contents are displayed on the transaction cancel screen.
