PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a divergence of positioning control from occurring even if gain of positioning control is set highly. SOLUTION: A vibration component of a table (14) is extracted, and according to the extracted component, the vibration component to cancel the vibration component of the table (14) is generated, then both components are synthesized.
