PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper having a coupling bush and a dynamic vibration absorbing part, which can be manufactured at a low cost by decreasing the number of parts and has a structure excellent in vibration proof performance. SOLUTION: This torque fluctuation absorbing damper is provided with a coupling bush in which a pulley 3 is disposed in a hub 1 through a bearing 2 concentrically and displaceably relatively in the circumferential direction, and one end of which is joined to a sleeve 4 fitted and fixed to a rim part 13 of the hub 1, the other end being fitted to the pulley, and a dynamic vibration proof part 6 constructed so that an annular mass 61 is provided through a damper rubber 62 joined to the sleeve 4 to be relatively displaced in the circumferential direction. Since the sleeve 4, the coupling bush 5 and the dynamic vibration proof part 6 are formed as an integrated formed body, one forming process and one fitting process will be sufficient for manufacturing the damper.
