PURPOSE: A personal character service method is provided to enable a user to process personal data, and to construct an interesting story on the personal data in an autobiography by using a personal character with sound and moving pictures integrated with a flash program so that it can induce an interest from internet users. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user running a web browser program for accessing the internet(S10), the user inputting a character service address and accessing the service site(S20,S30), the service site checking if the accessing user is a member(S40), the service site displaying various menu, such as an autobiography, a meeting introduction, and a self PR, with a popular star, in case the accessing user is a member(S50), the service site offering a limited sample menu in case the accessing user is not a member(S60), the service site constructing an environment corresponding to the selected menu(S70), and the service site displaying an interesting menu environment including the third person's face(S80).
