PURPOSE: A voltage controlled oscillator unaffected by change of temperature and outer power voltage is provided to maintain the oscillating frequency regularly even if the outer power voltage and the temperature are changed. CONSTITUTION: The device includes many portions. The first and second current source portions(10, 11) obtain the current from the outer power voltage(VCC). A charging portion(12) form the first current pass between the outer power voltage(VCC) and the ground voltage(GND) when the power is turned on. A discharging portion(13) forms the second current path between the outer power voltage(VCC) and the ground voltage(GND) when the power is turned on. The first current Sync portion(14) synchronizes the current supplied through the first or second current pass. The second current Sync portion(15) synchronizes the current supplied by the second current source portion(11). The first and second source bias portions(16, 17) bias the first and second current source portions(10, 11) in order that they aren't affected by the outer power voltage and temperature. The first and second Sync bias portions(18, 19) bias the first and second current Sync portions(14, 15) in order that they aren't affected by the outer power voltage and temperature.
