PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the size of a device small, to reduce the cost and to obtain stable operation. SOLUTION: In the device, a rotating member K# is supported rotatably by a burring part 102a and/or a projection part 102b formed on sheet metal members 101 and 102 and height of the burring part and/or projection part is made to be approximately more than twice but less than 10 times the thickness of the plate. A multiple number of the burring parts and the projecting parts are formed and a multiple number of pieces of the rotating parts are supported by the sheet metal member.
