PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data management system capable of unitarily managing documents of respectively different constitution patterns by a data base of one structure, and even when necessity for managing a new constitution pattern is generated, capable of managing data without requiring changes in the data base structure or a program. SOLUTION: When a user selects a document, a document management table is referred to on the basis of management ID for specifying the selected document, a style table is referred to on the basis of a corresponding pattern name and the information of each item of the corresponding pattern name is extracted from an item style table to generate an input field. Item data in an item management table referring to the document management table are extracted and set in the generated input field, thus an input picture displaying the selected document in the input field is generated. |
