PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deceleration motor capable of attaining miniaturization also extending a life and performing quiet operation without scattering of lubricating fat and oil in a gear case also without a chatter, for obtaining large torque. SOLUTION: This deceleration motor 1 is provided with worms 8, 9, 19, 11 formed in an armature shaft 7, at least three counter gears 15, 16, 17, 18 respectively meshed with the worms 8, 9, 10, 11 of the armature shaft 7, a rotary unit 19 capable of arranging the respective counter gears 15, 16, 17, 18 on an inner side to be formed with an internal tooth 19c meshed with the respective counter gears 15, 16, 17, 18, and an output shaft 20 connected to the rotary unit 19.
