PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular dowel that can inexpensively be produced, can singly ensure cold fixing of parts and has less directionality in fixing force. SOLUTION: Multiple pressure marks 2 for binding are integrally formed with a commercially available tube material at four places on its outer circumference in its axial direction concurrently using a die to make a tubular dowel 1. By this method, the tubular dowel can be made inexpensively, and the cold fixing of the dowel 1 between the parts is single made possible.
