PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver circuit which is capable of adjusting a slew rate in a multistage process to select an optimum slew rate, thereby allowing a rapid and accurate transmission of signals. SOLUTION: The output driver circuit is constructed to be able to selectively drive transistor groups of MN1 to MNn and MP1 to MPn in accordance with externally inputted current control signals SP1 to SPn and SN1 to SNn such that control signals PD from output control 3 for PMOS transistor 11 and NMOS transistor 12, and load driving capacity of ND are made to be changed.
