PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report system capable of reporting positional data of a portable terminal to the side of center equipment even when the receiving state of radio waves from a GPS satellite is bad or the radio wave cannot be received because the portable terminal exists indoors. SOLUTION: The position storing part 6 of a portable terminal 4 previously registers the positional data such as the latitude/longitude or the address of a place where a user usually goes or a building. The position key of an operation input part 7 corresponds to the positional data to be stored one to one and a carrying person selects and operates the position key corresponding to a presently existing place in the case of emergency report. The positional data corresponding to the position key operated under the control of a CPU part 11 by the carrying person's operation is called from the position storing part 6 and it is transmitted to the center equipment 3 through a portable radio communication part 9 together with report data including the identification data of the terminal 4 and GPS data received and fetched by a GPS reception part 8 from the GPS satellite 5.
