PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and inexpensive manufacturing method, enabling reduction in crosstalk noise between neighboring capacitor units and to realize high density mounting, when arranging the capacitors in a form the on mounting surface. SOLUTION: Inside a laminate 1, a capacitor unit N is constituted where two first internal electrodes 3, 5 and one second internal electrode 4 are arranged, so as to have a first internal electrode 4 sandwiched in-between the internal electrodes 3, 5 and the first internal electrode 4 and the second internal electrodes 3, 5 are connected to a pair of external electrodes 6, 7. A capacitor array 10 is formed by having the electrodes 6, 7 to be arranged in plural number so as to have them become flush with each other in the laminating direction. The electrode 7 connected to which the electrodes 3, 5 of each capacitor unit N is connected is connected in common, and is formed as a grounding electrode 8.
