PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a vibration sensitive switch capable of being easily installed in an electric apparatus without requiring installing a controller part therein separately from a sensor part in the event that the function is installed therein of turning on/off a power current when the level of vibration imposed on the electric apparatus exceeds a threshold. SOLUTION: This vibration sensitive switch 22 has a piezoelectric-type acceleration sensor for converting inputted vibration acceleration into a signal voltage to be outputted, an amplifying circuit for amplifying the output signal from the acceleration sensor, a rectifying circuit for rectifying an output signal from the amplifying circuit, a smoothing circuit for smoothing an output signal from the rectifying circuit, a comparing circuit for comparing an output signal from the smoothing circuit with a threshold voltage, a switch for switching between an on-state and an off-state according to the comparison result of the comparing circuit, and a terminal for connection to an external apparatus, these being integrally housed in a circuit unit housing part 24. The switch 22 comprises a cord 28, a cord stopper 26, and an attachment plate 30, in addition to the housing part 24.
