PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable surely detecting the state of disconnection of a covered wire cable. SOLUTION: Detection cables 7 and 9 are installed together with a primary side cabtyre cable 5 connected with a welded timer conductor 4 and a secondary side cabtyre cable 3 connected with a welded robot hand 1, respectively. The cables 3 and 5 are connected through a disconnection detecting device 2. A power source side voltage value which is amplified according to disconnection percentage is compared with a load side voltage by using the disconnection detecting device 2. When the state of disconnection which is initially set is detected, it is informed to the outside by using a relay output pd or an alarm lamp. Before complete disconnection is generated and line operation is interrupted, preparation of cable renewal or cable renewal outside the line operation period is enabled, so that premeditated repair is possible without damaging the line operation rate.
