PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcilably solve a problem of a collision sound at moving piece sitting time of a solenoid driving valve (an intake-exhaust valve) of an engine and a problem of securing driving performance. SOLUTION: Since the collision sound by sitting of a moving piece on an electromagnet becomes offensive to the ear in a low speed-low load area, suspension control for stopping the moving piece in a position just before colliding with the electromagnet is performed, and in a medium high speed-medium high load area, while engine combustion noise other than that becomes large and a sitting sound is not worried, since influence of output reduction by an increase in electric power consumption by the suspension control becomes large, the control is switched to control for sitting the moving piece on the electromagnet.
