PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the defective problem of maintenance such as the exchange of an LED due to the service life of an LED in an equipment for optical communication between a road and a vehicle. SOLUTION: Light emission OFF setting can be set individually and a light emission stopping time is provided between frames to be transmitted. Thus, the power consumption of the LED is reduced and its service life is extended. |
