PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to return cell voltage by removing unnecessary water drops in a cell, in the case power generation voltage of a part of the cell decreases by accumulation of the unnecessary water drops in the cell of the fuel cell in the fuel cell power generation system. SOLUTION: Fuel cell pressure control means 8, 9 control a fuel cell 1 in target operating pressure force, and power generation voltage monitoring means 13, 14 monitor the power generation voltage of each cell which constitutes a fuel cell. When the power generation voltage monitoring means detect the reduction of power generation voltage in some of the cells which consist the fuel cell, a target pressure adjustment 15 changes a target operating pressure of the fuel cell in the direction that the power generation voltage of cell recovers, and the fuel cell pressure control means 8, 9 adjust the operating pressure of the fuel cell to become the changed target operating pressure. Then, if the power generation voltage monitoring means do not recognize the reduction of power generation after changing a target operating pressure into high voltage side, the target operating pressure is changed to a stable operation set point which has been set beforehand. |
