<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet for waterworks, which is usable even in cold district, and positively prevents counter flow of water in normal use of the same. SOLUTION: The outlet for water works is comprised of a housing 4, faucet main body 7 arranged in the housing and having an inlet port 5, outlet port 6, and valve body 8, flow rate adjusting handle 9 for adjusting the flow rate of water feedable form the outlet port 6 of the faucet main body 7, transmission mechanism 10 for transmitting rotating operation of the flow rate adjusting handle 9 to the valve body 8, joint portion 11 fixed to the outlet port 6 of the faucet main body 7 and includes a joint member H' attached detachably to the upstream side of a water supply hose H, and a canceling type check valve 13 for preventing counter flow of water from a downstream side. In this outlet, prevention of the counter flow of water by means of the canceling type check valve 13 can be cancelled.</p> |
