<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure metering properties of discharge quantity at the time of fluctuation at a top dead center and a bottom dead center of a reciprocating pump device including a piston type pump, prevent impact such as pulsation when suction and discharge of fluid are switched and smoothly supply fixed quantity of fluid for long hours. SOLUTION: After a piston 2 of a device A reaches a top dead center, a cylinder part 1 starts to lower, starts to suck fluid, is accelerated up to preliminarily set fixed lowering speed and sucks fluid of fixed quantity at fixed lowering speed for fixed time. The cylinder part 1 is stopped at a point of time when storage is completed, the cylinder part 1 is made to stand by till a point of time when elevating speed of a piston 2 of a device B starts to decelerate, the cylinder part 1 is elevated again in exact timing with the point of time and starts to discharge, the cylinder part 1 is accelerated, compensating decreased part of discharge quantity of the device B, the cylinder part 1 is accelerated up to preliminarily set fixed elevating speed and cylinder part 1 is transferred to metering discharge.</p> |
