PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an obligation settlement acceptance system, a computer readable recording medium and an obligation settlement acceptance device capable of providing the new off balance scheme of a 'belt' side whose objects are 'payable obligation' and 'money owing repayment oblilgation' which are business debts. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an interest calculation means 1a for calculating days until an obligation payment data and calculating an interest until then, an obligation acceptance price calculation means 2a for subtracting the interest from an obligation payment amount and calculating a debt undertaking price and an obligation payment management means 4a for performing period management with the confirmation of the reception of the obligation acceptance price as a condition and instructing obligation settlement to a prescribed account settlement means on the obligation payment date.
