PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recycling an adhesive so as to realize the lamination of DVDs with stabilized quality. SOLUTION: The recycling device is provided, between a waste liquid tank T2 and a supply tank T5, with a mixing tank T3 to mix an adhesive a not used and an adhesive (b) recovered and supplied from the waste liquid tank T1 to deaerate and prepare an adhesive and with a reservoir tank T4 to maintain the adhesive (d) prepared in the mixing tank T3 and to supply the adhesive to the supply tank T5. Reduction in the liquid surface level in the supply tank T5 is detected to supply the prepared adhesive (d) from the reservoir tank T4 to the supply tank T5 and to start to prepare the adhesive in the mixing tank T3. The adhesive (e) supplied from the supply tank T5 is applied by spin coating on disks 1a, 1b to be laminated, and an excess adhesive is collected to the waste liquid tank T2 and reused.
