PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply and drainage processor where the user can perform preliminarily the pipe for water supply and drainage processing to the second bathtub. SOLUTION: A bath furnace 2 having a main hot water supply function is connected through an additional stoking circulation circuit 26 to the first bathtub 1 installed stationarily in a bath room R, and a water supply and drainage switching unit 4 for forming forks capable of switching the lines by three-way change-over valves 42 and 43 in each middle of an outward pipe 26a and a return pipe 26b is interposed in the middle. For the water supply and drainage switching unit, a pair of three-way change-over valves, a pump 45 for exclusive use in drainage, and a water supply and drainage controller 44 for controlling the third three-way change-over valve 81 are incorporated integrally, and its operation is controlled by the operation command from an exclusive remote controller 9. The outward pipe 5a and return pipe 5b forked from the water supply and drainage switching unit are coupled with terminal plug sockets attached to the partition wall Pw of a room P. A connecting unit consisting of a pair of extended connection pipes 8a and 8b is connected to the second bathtub 7, and the tip is coupled with a tip plug socket 83 together with a communication line for the exclusive remote controller and others.
