PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive fluorescent film and a method of fabricating the same, a plasma display panel and method of fabricating the same in which a forming process of fluorescent layers can be simplified. SOLUTION: The photosensitive fluorescent film used for forming the fluorescent layers of the plasma display panel, in which longitudinal stripes of red, green and blue fluorescent substrances 1, 2, 3 with a space 5 between are repeatedly applied on a polyester film 4, which is a support film.
