PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively provide at least two types of high frequency oscillation output which are simply configured and have high frequency. SOLUTION: CMOS inverters IN1 to IN3 of odd stages are connected in a ring, and a first current control portion 2 passing a small current and a second current control portion 3 passing a large current are connected in parallel between each CMOS inverters IN1 to IN3 and ground. Both of the current control portions 2 and 3 have MOS field-effect transistors TC11 to TC13 connected to each CMOS inverters. By controlling voltage of control voltage source applied to these field-effect transistors, lower high frequency oscillation output is provided only at the first current control portion 2, higher high frequency oscillation output being provided at the second current control portion 3.
