PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and recordable optical disk device whose occupancy space can be reduced and also on which an objective lens driving unit capable of improving the reliability of operational characteristics is mounted. SOLUTION: The objective lens driving unit is arranged so that the gravity of a lens holder 108 exerts as tensile stress in the axial direction of a suspension 115, a protector part 119 whose top end is a spherical surface shape and moreover which is set between the optical disk 105 and the apex of an objective lens 109 is provided in the lens holder 108 and also the rotational direction of the optical disk 105 is set so that generated dynamic friction force always exerts as tensile stress in the axial direction of the suspension 115 when the optical disk 105 comes into contact with the protector part 119. |
