PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the periphery from staining with residual chemicals and water spilled in the case of clearance, also capable of preventing waste of chemicals and water, for capable of collecting chemicals, water, etc., left in a feed liquid pipe member after a liquid feed to a storage tank when this feed liquid collector device is used. SOLUTION: This feed liquid collecting device is characterized by providing a pump, a four-way valve, a first/second auxiliary pipe members, having in the four-way valve first/second/third/fourth connection ports, also making the four-way valve by its operation capable of selectively connecting the first/second connection ports also connecting the third/fourth connection ports or connecting the first/fourth connection ports also connecting the second/third connection ports, connecting the second connection port of the our-way valve to a suction liquid port of the pump also the fourth connection port of the four-way valve to a feed liquid port of the pump, and connecting a suction water pipe member to the first connection port of the four-way valve and a feed liquid pipe member to the third connection port of the four-way valve.
