PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the functional certainty of a flap cock. SOLUTION: The flap clock 3 directly connected to an exhaust opening 2 of a liquid container 1 or an exhaust fitting tube of it has a cock housing 4 integratedly formed by die-casting plastic, and a grip 7 rotatably installed to operate a rotating shaft 8 in which a disk-shaped flap 9 for opening and closing a cylindrical communicating opening part 10 in the lower part 6 of the cock housing 4 is fixed to the upper part 5 of the cock housing 4. The communicating opening part 10 of the cock housing 4 forms a seal 11 having a globular structure in the closing position 9a of a flap 9 rotatable on the vertical shaft 13-13 to the length direction shaft 12-12 of the communicating opening part 10.
