PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device 3 for drawing and turning door in which the edge of a housing recess is not damaged by a part of an operating handle since the operating handle is not fellable unless the handle is in the position opposite to the housing recess. SOLUTION: A cap member 12 rotating integrally with the lock shaft 11 of an operating handle 10 is fitted to a bearing 3 forming a part of a casing 1. A positioning projection 5 is provided in either the bearing 3 or the end face of the cap member 12 and a positioning groove 14 is provided in the other side. These are completely fitted to each other when the operating handle 10 and the housing recess 2 are positioned opposite to each other and the operating handle 10 falls.
