PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure capable of providing heat-shutoff performance during the summer and overcooling-preventive performance during the winter without causing problems with waterproofing. SOLUTION: A ventilating folded-plate roof comprises folded plates 12 with a cover plate 11 for covering valley portions 12b formed between the adjacent ridges 12a of the folded plates 12, with both the upper and lower ends of each covered valley portion held open to outside air to allow ventilation.
