PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chemical fiber cord useful for excluding air between unvulcanized rubber materials during the vulcanization and excellent in absorptivity of the air. SOLUTION: This chemical fiber cord is obtained by twisting two kinds of filaments different in material together and one kind of the filaments has a lower melting point than a heat-treating temperature required for a bonding treatment of the other kind of the filaments.
