PURPOSE: A method for coating surface of wet movement device is provided for strongly and regularly adhering subject to be treated to a base substrate independently to its complex shape to obtain stable lubrication effect for long time by employing electro-statical attraction between the lubricant and the subject. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises applying negative(-) potential to lubricant material to be injected from spray nozzle; solution; applying positive(+) potential to a subject material to be treated to take charge in a voltage of 10-100kv; air-injecting the lubricant onto the subject to electro-statically coating it. The lubricant material is in solid powder state and at least one selected from a group consisting of WS2, WSe2, MOS2, graphite and elements of periodic table V or VII groups. The subject material is mainly metals and optionally includes plastic materials charged by electroplating treatment.
