<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously provide a service, without having to change the operating states of various peripheral devises against fluctuations in communication quality or the like. SOLUTION: A transmitter side radio communications equipment is provided with a spread means that conducts spread modulation with a fixed spread code for every symbol at the highest symbol rate of transmission symbols, including transmission data at integer multiple variable bit rates or conducts repetitive spread modulation having the same spread code for every symbol at a low symbol rate, and a spread date generating means that generates transmission data at a bit rate instructed from a bit rate selection signal from among a plurality of bit rates and gives the data to the spread modulation means. Furthermore, a receiver side wireless communications equipment is provided with an inverse spread means that applies inverse spread processing to a received signal with a fixed spread code, independently of the bit rate and a data recovery means that processes the signal from the inverse spread means, in response to the bit rate instructed by the bit rate selection signal so as to recover original transmission data desired by the opposite wireless communication unit.</p> |
