<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a press-fit part of a press-in-contact in a laterally symmetric form and with a minimum internal residual stress. SOLUTION: For molding a press-fit part, a hollow part is formed in the central part of a block body with rectangular crosssection by forge. Subsequently, both ends of the block body are separated by punching processing. Then, an outer cutting plane of the press-fit part having U or V shape left behind is formed circularly so that it becomes concentric with a through-hole by a press processing.</p> |
