PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of realizing a replenishing mechanism for automatically exchanging developer in a developing device without making the device constitution complicated, and avoiding the cost rising of a device main body. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with four developing devices(1Y to 1K) rotationally moved by a rotating body 10. Four developer replenishing layers 7(7Y to 7K) juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of the device 1 are installed proximately to the rotating body 10 at an upper position on a vertical line passing the center of rotation P, and replenishing ports 8 (8Y to 8K) having a shutter which opens/closes independently are provided on the lower surface of the layers 7. By the rotational movement, one device 1 comes to a position on the left side of the center of rotation P and performs developing operation in a state where it is opposed to a photoreceptor drum 28, and the device 1 located one before in the rotating direction comes to the upper position and is replenished with the developer. The device 1 is replenished with the developer from the replenishing port 8 of the replenishing layer through an aperture part where the developing sleeve 3 of the device 1 is arranged. |
