PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system for air conditioner in which a manager can attain the abnormality information of air conditioners even at a remote place. SOLUTION: The monitoring system for air conditioner comprises a control terminal (2) for controlling a plurality of air conditioners (1, 1,...) centrally through a data transmission line (3). The control terminal (2) comprises means (21) for making a decision whether an alarm is issued to a manager or not based on data from the air conditioners (1, 1,...), a portable telephone (71) carried by the manager, and means (22) for transmitting an alarm message to a pocket bell (72) or a portable information terminal (73) through a public communication line (6). |
