PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to aim at the downsizing of a rotating part to rotate a battery container, and by simplifying the rotating mechanism, enable to aim at the downsizing of the whole electrolytic solution impregnation device. SOLUTION: This device sets the center of the rotation at the inside a battery container 30, and the battery container 30 is made to rotate assuming the center of the rotation L as its center, and an electrolytic solution 39 is injected into the battery container 30 during or before the rotation, and by the centrifugal force which acts on the electrolyte 39 based on the rotation of the battery container 30, the electrolytic solution 39 is impregnated into a battery main body 34 housed in the battery container 30.
