PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designing method for a roof floor of a house as the standard of a design when the roof floor of the house is utilized and, at the same time, to provide an advantageous mounting structure when a roof floor structure is built. SOLUTION: When the roof floor of the house is designed in correspondence with purposes, a design selected from among a plurality of installations constituted of a plurality of design examples for the roof floor prepaired in advance, every price list for roof floor structures constituting the examples and every estimated price list or the like including prices of all roof floor structures is designed in accordance with a design rule set in advance. Specially, the designing method includes a process inputting roof floor designing terms, a process for zoning the roof floor in correspondence with the purposes, at the same time, selecting the roof floor structure to be built on the roof floor from patterns of layout examples of the roof floor structure and a plurality of menu having information on the price of each individual roof floor structure and estimated price, a process for allotting the selected roof floor structure to the set zone and a process for deciding the positions and number of fixing metal fixtures for fixing the roof floor structure allotted to each of zones.
